OMS services are purchased through an annual base membership, customized to the level of monitoring and laboratory testing capabilities that you request.

1. Health Record.  Shouldn't your health record be created by an expert who understands what critical information is needed? OMS physicians create and update a secure electronic health record generated with information from your doctors and specialists, including your most recent test results, electrocardiograms, and radiographic images. Your record is created and updated by our physicians to ensure that all critical information is present. Other similar services require the client to create and add information to the record, allowing for serious errors of missed or inaccurate information.

2. Harvard-Trained Emergency Physicians.  We provide 24/7 concierge monitoring and evaluations by experienced emergency physicians who are dedicated full-time to the care of our patients.

3. Coordination with Your Personal Physicians.  All care is coordinated with your personal physician and specialists, ensuring that you receive treatment customized to your individual health requirements.

4. Customized Medical Kit.  We provide a personalized medical kit that includes equipment and medications relevant to your age, current medical conditions, and possible emergent complications. This unique kit provides the prescription medications that you might need in an emergency, and can be customized to include an Automated External Defibrillator, which we train you and your staff to use.

5. Real-Time Monitoring.  Using state-of-the-art remote diagnostic devices, we can perform real-time vital sign evaluation (including EKG, oxygen saturation, temperature, blood pressure and cardiac rhythm monitoring), and virtual physical examination via digital stethoscope and auxiliary video instruments.

6. On-Site Laboratory Testing.  OMS employs on-site blood testing via a portable blood  analyzer. This device performs several critical laboratory tests, including markers of acute cardiac damage and metabolic profiling, to facilitate correct choice of care.

7. Personalized Training and Continuous Support.  We will provide you and your staff with  ongoing training in the use of remote monitoring equipment and the medical kit in mock emergency situations, preparing you for the unexpected.

8. OMS at Home.  We provide concierge services remotely in the privacy of your home. Services include monitoring and personalized health reports for you and your physicians, cutting edge medical updates customized to your health needs, specialized consultation or second opinions for specific health conditions, and personalized teaching videos on relevant health topics.

9. Quality-Assured Health Center Referrals and Translation Services.  If you experience an emergency requiring care in a medical facility, we will use our continuously updated database to identify the nearest and most technologically capable facility. We will coordinate your care by providing the facility with a translated health record, along with translation services, to be sure your medical information is communicated clearly with local care providers. We continue to monitor and coordinate your care until the situation is resolved.

10. Medical Evacuation.  If you require evacuation from a remote location, we provide rapid ground or air ambulance transport to an appropriate medical facility for definitive testing and treatment.

11. Temporary Personal Healthcare.  We can provide a temporary physician-extender (i.e., a physician or ICU nurse) to accompany you when traveling or staying in remote locations.
