CASE 1
One client while at a second residence experienced symptoms of chest pain. “After contacting OMS and giving a brief history of my current condition, rapid transportation was arranged for me to a very qualified hospital. A cardiology consultation was immediately performed in coordination with the OMS physician and my previous record. I required intensive testing and had interventions which would have been delayed significantly if I hadn’t contacted OMS. The OMS physician was at my side throughout the episode, giving detailed explanations of my care and then communicated all therapies and findings to my personal physician.”

CASE 2
